Muğla · Karabörtlen Village
People from different walks of life, united by a shared vision — this cooperative exists to create a living space rooted in trust, free from commercial interest, and in tune with nature.
Who We Are
S.S. Karabörtlen Yapı Kooperatifi is a non-commercial housing cooperative founded by people from many different walks of life — civil servants, artists, therapists, teachers, and more — who came together with a common dream.
Our goal is to create a living space in Karabörtlen Village, Muğla — close to nature, built on mutual respect and trust among neighbours. Not a big development, not a high-rise building. Just a beautiful place, with good people.
Where We Are
A small village in the Ula district of Muğla, close to Gökova Bay. Right in the heart of nature, yet close to everything.

Surrounded by pine and oak forests, with clean air and lush greenery — a village truly at one with nature.

Just a short drive from the deep blue waters of Gökova Bay — where the sea meets the mountains.

The quintessential Aegean olive groves give the village a timeless, peaceful character.

About 15–20 minutes away. A shallow sandy beach, the cool Azmak River, and an ideal setting for families.

One of Turkey's most beautiful bays — turquoise, calm waters where mountains meet the sea in a breathtaking panorama.

Ice-cold and crystal clear — one of the most popular summer spots. Kayaking, boat tours, and riverside fish restaurants.
